The Challenge
Climate Transition Capital was launching across the UAE, Pakistan and the wider Middle East, and it needed more than a logo. It needed a brand and a website that institutional partners and local stakeholders would both trust, and that could grow with the company. The website had a harder job than most. Some visitors, such as partners and the businesses CTC invests in, want to understand its purpose and see the impact it has made. Investors want facts: how CTC invests, what growth to expect and how to take part. One site had to serve both without losing either. The project also covered strategy and execution, and CTC’s own team needed to be able to manage everything once we handed it over.

Building the Brand and Logo from the Ground Up
We began by getting to know CTC’s mission and the people it works with. Through working sessions and rounds of feedback with the team, we designed the logo and a full brand identity, including colour palette, typography, visual language and UI direction. We wanted it to feel rooted in the region and credible internationally. We designed it to work in print and online, from business cards and letterheads to presentations and the website.
Mapping the Website Around Two Audiences
efore designing any pages, we built the sitemap. We split the content to match the two audiences. One section is told as a story, for partners and investees, covering CTC’s purpose, the impact it has had and what makes its expertise different, with an Investor Portfolios page that shows past projects. The Invest section is fact-led, for investors, and covers the investment approach, projections for growth and sustainability, and how to get involved. About covers the mission and vision, the leadership with individual member profiles, and CTC’s story. Events holds highlights, upcoming events and news. The home page brings these together with a tagline, impact stories, investment opportunities and a call to invest. We outlined the content of every page so the structure was agreed before any visual design began.
Designing, Writing and Building the Website
From the sitemap, we designed every page in full and built the website in Framer, so it works on every device. We co-created the content with the CTC team, turning technical and strategic material into copy that investors, policymakers and community partners can read easily, and we kept pages easy to scan. After launch, we supported the team with walkthroughs and documentation, and ran feedback cycles so the tools felt natural to use. The team can now manage the brand and the site themselves.

The Outcome
The Outcome
Climate Transition Capital now has a logo, a brand identity and a full website, built around how its audiences read. Partners and investees get the story and the impact, and investors get the facts and a clear way to take part. The team can run both without us. It launched across the region with an identity and a digital presence that fit its ambitions.
